Course Overview
CBRN Procurement Value Engineering programme – This 2-day course has been designed by CBRN Academy to support participants required to manage CBRN procurement projects.
CBRN procurement projects are usually highly regulated, and these regulations do not always allow people to generate value when sourcing the need. This CBRN course shows people how they can ‘Value Engineer’ their highly secure products and services to provide the best return on investment to their agency by following the best practice of procurement processes.
This procurement programme will enlighten those project managers and senior executives accountable for procurement on how best to add value to their business area.
