Leads the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of CBRN training programmes. Oversees instructor alignment, curriculum standards, delivery logistics, and institutional compliance to ensure consistent, measurable capability development.
Provides subject-matter expertise in risk assessment, SOP development, emergency planning, and capability audits. Works with government, defence, healthcare, and infrastructure entities to strengthen structured readiness systems.
Contributes to the development of advanced readiness methodologies, simulation systems, digital tools, and academic collaborations. Supports evidence-based innovation within training, risk modelling, and immersive technologies.
Supports the operational execution of training and consulting engagements. Manages scheduling, stakeholder communication, documentation flow, and coordination between instructors, partners, and institutional clients.
Identifies strategic growth opportunities within defence, public safety, healthcare, and critical infrastructure sectors. Develops institutional partnerships, supports tender processes, and ensures alignment with ethical and regulatory standards.
Designs and manages paid acquisition strategies focused on institutional audiences. Responsible for campaign architecture, keyword targeting, performance optimization, compliance with advertising policies, and measurable lead generation aligned with CBRN Academy’s positioning.
Develops structured, authoritative content across website pages, white papers, training materials, and thought leadership publications. Must demonstrate strong research capability, technical writing precision, and the ability to communicate complex CBRN topics clearly and responsibly.
